The Challenge
RealtySoft needed a scalable chatbot solution that could be deployed across 100+ real estate agency websites. Each agency required customizable branding, their own property database integration, and the ability to handle natural language property searches like 'villas in marbella under 500k with 3 bedrooms'.
Our Solution
We architected and built a complete multi-tenant chatbot system on n8n workflow automation platform. The system features AI-powered NLP parsing that extracts location, property type, price range, and bedroom requirements from natural language queries. Key capabilities include multi-location search (e.g., 'properties in Marbella and Estepona'), compound property type matching with keyword aliases, session persistence for search refinement, multi-language support (English, Spanish, Dutch), email transcript delivery, daily cache refresh for property data, and a fully embeddable JavaScript widget with customizable styling. The PostgreSQL backend handles chat history, search context, and client configurations.
