IMPORTANT: Please read these payment terms carefully before engaging our services.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

• A 50% advance payment of the total project cost is required before any work begins

• The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion, before final deliverables and files are transferred to the client

• Payment must be received in full before access to final deliverables is granted

PAYMENT METHODS:

• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed

• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal

• Additional charges may apply for expedited timelines or scope changes

LATE PAYMENTS:

• Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in project delays

• We reserve the right to pause work until outstanding payments are received

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable as it secures your project slot and covers initial planning and design work

• No refunds will be provided for completed work or work in progress

• If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed

• Project cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made

We strongly recommend reviewing all project requirements and proposals carefully before making any payment.

• Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work

• Delays caused by client feedback delays, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline

• We will communicate any significant delays or changes to the timeline

• Rush delivery requests may incur additional charges

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements

• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner

• Respond to feedback requests and approval requests promptly

• Ensure you have the legal right to use all content and materials provided

• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule

• Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe

• Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

• Any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or tools we use remain our property or their respective owners'

• You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate licenses for any third-party content you provide

• Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges

• Significant scope changes will require a new proposal and may affect pricing and timeline

• All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing

• We will keep all client information and project details confidential

• We will not share your information with third parties without your consent

• This does not apply to information that is publicly available or required by law

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

• We make no guarantees regarding specific business results from our services

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice

• Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date

• No refunds will be issued for work already completed or payments already made

• We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms

• Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation

• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration

• These terms are governed by applicable local laws

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time

• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date

• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
